THE EXPERIENCE DETAILS
A few things to know before we create your pre-wedding experience.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Secure your preferred date with a 20% down payment.
The remaining balance is due one day before the photoshoot.
International payments are available via Wise, cross-border QR payment is available for supported ASEAN countries, and domestic transfers are available through BCA, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga.
LOCATION FEES
Location entrance fees and photography permits are not included in our packages and are paid directly to the venue or local management.
If a location charges entrance fees per person, the applicable crew entrance fees are also covered by the client.
We’ll help you plan a beautiful route that works with both your vision and your location budget.
WARDROBE
Half Day sessions are best with a maximum of 2 outfits.
Full Day sessions allow more variety, with a recommended maximum of 3–4 outfits.
Even when gowns are included in your package, we recommend bringing one casual or semi-formal look to create a more personal and varied story.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation for the couple during the photoshoot is included in our Classic and Premium packages.
For Essential packages, we usually meet directly at the first location or at Studio 8.
One companion may join the session. Additional companions will need separate transportation.
WEATHER
We monitor the forecast closely before every session.
If heavy rain is predicted 24 hours before the shoot, we may recommend rescheduling to the nearest available date.
If unexpected heavy rain interrupts the session after our team has been deployed, a reshoot may be booked on another day with our 50% Bad Weather Relief rate.
DELIVERY
Essential Edited Gallery
Within 1 week after the photoshoot.
